Joining the podcast today is Annastasia Seebohm. Annastasia is the newly appointed CEO of Brilliant Minds Foundation, founded in 2015 by Spotify founder and CEO Daniel Ek. Today the Brilliant Minds Foundation comprises an esteemed and established board consisting of influential business leaders and entrepreneurs across Sweden. Annastasia is a unique and remarkable individual. Not only is she a two-time CEO under the age of 35, but she has also been named ”Top 50 Most Influential People in the UK.” Annastasia has been featured in Forbes, Vanity Fair, Bloomberg, The CEO Magazine, Harvard Business Review, British GQ, and many more publications. 

Today she will share her secrets around meditation and mindfulness and constantly being on the go in her twenties; she will also address what she learned from the pandemic and the realization she needed to slow down to establish more balance between her work and personal life.
