Dr Amy Shah is a medical doctor and wellness expert specializing in allergy, immunology, hormones, and gut health. Her book “I'm So Effing Tired” is her first book. Amy has been named in the Top Doc list each year from 2016 to 2020 by Phoenix Magazine and has also been featured on National TV and magazines including Elle, People, Shape and Allure.
